Do you build completely custom furniture?

Why do prices vary between pieces and woods?

Pricing reflects the wood species, finish, fabric grade, design complexity, and the artisan’s build time. Premium woods and fabrics naturally increase the cost.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 25% deposit is required to begin production, with the remainder due when your piece is ready to ship.

Do you offer financing?

While we don’t offer in-house financing, you are welcome to use your own credit or financing options.

Are prices guaranteed?

Your price is locked in once your order is placed and confirmed.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Production typically takes 8–14 weeks depending on customization, wood type, and seasonal demand.
Handcrafted furniture takes time—but the quality lasts decades.

Can I request a rush order?

In most cases, Amish workshops do not rush production. Quality comes first.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What delivery options do you offer?


  • Curbside Delivery – The most economical option.

  • Inside Delivery – Brought inside your home.

  • White Glove Delivery – Includes placement, assembly (if needed), and removal of packaging.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship to most addresses within the continental United States.

What should I do to prepare for delivery?

Please measure doorways, stairways, and hallways to ensure your furniture fits, and notify us of any tight turns or obstacles.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before production begins, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

What if my delivery is delayed?

We will update you throughout the process, but handcrafted furniture may occasionally take longer due to craftsmanship standards or material delays. We’ll stay in close communication if timelines shift.

DAMAGE & REPLACEMENTS

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Inspect the furniture at delivery. If you notice damage, note it with the driver and contact us immediately with photos. We will coordinate repair or replacement as needed.

Do you replace parts or hardware?

Yes. If a component fails due to craftsmanship or materials, we will replace the affected parts under warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship and structural defects. Natural aging, finish wear, or damage from use is not covered.

Are joints, drawers, and frames really handmade?

Yes. Our builders use time-honored methods such as dovetail joinery, mortise-and-tenon construction, and hand-finishing techniques.
